COREX employees are the core players in the INSIGHT procedure. They trigger, execute and complete it. The significance of this employee participation is fully acknowledged in the hiring process for new staff.
The HR Department carefully selects and identifies candidates with character traits consistent with INSIGHT values such as critical thinking, openness, good observation skills and proactivity. New employees take a special training course to prepare them to contribute to the INSIGHT system.
Once on board, an internal KPI system keeps employees motivated to participate in regular process improvement.
We apply a systematic approach, analyzing problems to identify root causes of issues. In the case of deviations, we create a CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plan to prevent recurrence in the future.
