COREX Joins The IPHA
COREX Logistics has officially become a member of the Irish Pharmaceutical Health Association, joining industry giants such as Bayer, GlaxoSmithkline and Eli Lilly in representing the international research-based pharmaceutical industry in Ireland.
COREX joins the 46 member companies of the IPHA who are responsible for developing, manufacturing and bringing innovative medicines to patients. The members take an active part in strategy development and implementation, helping to shape policy and public debate across areas such as regulation, access, pricing, health promotion and more.
The IPHA works to raise standards of care and prioritises access to innovative medicines, developing industry codes and standards, building support for biopharmaceutical innovation and investment.
As COREX Logistics approaches the tenth anniversary of our Irish HQ in Dublin, CEO Andrey Tarakanov feels that joining the IPHA is a significant - and natural - progression. “As a pharmaceutical powerhouse, Ireland has been a natural fit for us as a company at the cutting edge of clinical logistics so it’s a real pleasure and privilege to join the IPHA,” he says. “IPHA stands for innovation in medicines and COREX stands for innovation in logistics services, bridging the gap between patients and pharma, so we’re incredibly excited to contribute to the representation of the inventors, manufacturers and distributors of medicines to improve the quality of people’s lives.”
