COREX Logistics Operations Update
2 March 2022
Unfortunately, the situation in Ukraine and the wider geopolitical environment remains grave and volatile.
COREX Logistics remains steadfastly opposed to the conflict and the humanitarian crisis arising from it.
As an international medical logistics company with operations across the territories affected, we are implementing emergency measures to ensure continuity in the supply, transport, and delivery of medical goods and clinical trial supplies.
In doing so, our top priority remains ensuring the safety of our staff on the ground while ensuring the delivery of vital medical supplies to our patients.
At present international logistics in the supply, transport, and delivery of medical goods and clinical supplies face disruption due to restrictions in the movement of cargo including certain closures of airspaces in the CIS region.
Our team has tested alternate routes using Turkey, Kazakhstan, UAE, and Armenia which remain open and operating for most types of cargo. At present, we regard Istanbul, Turkey as the optimal logistics hub. This route has a large number of flights available and is well-developed as an international transit hub.
COREX Logistics is currently offering our partners international deliveries both to and from Europe:
-
Door-to-door delivery time is currently 3-5 days, depending on the country and connecting flights.
-
Cargo handling for all temperature regimes is available (including temporary storage and use of dry ice). This includes transport of frozen bio-samples.
As the situation is changing daily, we will continue to update you with further developments.
