Medical Worker Day
Science can create miracles. But with the best will in the world, it can’t hold your hand. It can create life-changing treatments, but it can’t advise what’s best in your situation. It can change your life, but it can’t look you in the eye and provide reassurance and comfort.
That’s where the unique power of people shines through.
So to say thank you, today we celebrate Medical Worker Day and pay tribute to all the amazing doctors, nurses, paramedics, aides, helpers, lab technicians – to anyone who works in a healthcare setting.
Every one of us has cause to be grateful to these very special people. They rush to emergencies, carefully handle our tests, ensure our comfort, administer our medicines and vaccines – they save lives.
Over the pandemic period they have been tested in ways they never foresaw and throughout they have done more for the rest of us than we ever thought would be necessary, displaying superhuman patience, skill and professionalism. They have stood firm against the storm and for that we are truly appreciative.
At COREX, we remain in awe of the skill and dedication of Medical Workers everywhere and we’ll continue working our hardest to facilitate clinical trials, knowing that in the future that research will help medical workers everywhere to do the best they can for their patients and for the benefit of all of us.
