Susan Pike-Gubler joins the COREX Advisory Board
International talent leader to advise on leadership, talent and culture under the COREX 2030 Vision
COREX has appointed Susan Pike-Gubler to the COREX Advisory Board, part of the COREX 2030 Vision. Susan will also work with COREX’s leadership and HR team on people and talent.
COREX is preparing for its next stage of growth, with technology, automation and data at its centre. The aim is to make COREX simpler and faster for sponsors and partners to work with, with connected services and the same reliable delivery in every market. That depends on people as much as on technology, and on the standards and culture behind the service.
Susan brings more than 20 years of international experience building teams and developing leaders. She has held senior roles at Google, OLX Group and Jellysmack and has worked with teams across more than 50 countries.
During more than a decade at Google, Susan helped build the company’s teams across more than 35 countries in EMEA: from hiring the first employees and Country Directors in new markets to building regional teams. She went on to lead global talent and people functions, build international teams and technology hubs, and help companies identify and develop the leaders they need to grow and transform.
Susan will work with the leadership and HR teams on three priorities: building a strong international leadership team capable of scaling COREX across its markets and attracting key talent, including in technology and data; strengthening how the company assesses and develops people; and building one COREX culture across its markets and teams, with high standards of quality and accountability to clients.
On the board, Susan joins fellow member Alexander Belenky.
Loukas Tzitzis, Chief Executive Officer of COREX, said:
“Technology will shape the next stage of COREX. People will make it work. Susan has spent more than 20 years helping international companies hire and develop leaders to a high standard, and that is the experience we need now. I am glad to welcome her to our Advisory Board.”
Susan Pike-Gubler said:
“I have always been drawn to companies whose work makes a real difference. At COREX, that impact is tangible: getting medicines safely and reliably to the patients who need them. COREX has built a strong business and is now expanding into more markets around the world. I am excited to contribute to that journey by helping build the leadership, capabilities and culture needed for the next stage of growth.”
